Private Yoga classes in your home

Yoga your way.

Yoga in your home can be a standard ‘class’ structure, moving through a planned sequence. This often includes small pauses for questioning and exploring postures more deeply as we go

OR

it can be structured less like a ‘class’ and offered as a precise personal diagnosis of movements performed, effects felt, and how the mind and breath behave in response. It includes workshopping other supporting practices that inform what we are focused on. It includes more specific goals, whether physical, mental, spiritual or lifestyle based.

At home yoga can be….

for up to 3 people as a class

or

a one-on-one personally tailored yoga session

People talk about yoga and they often talk first about the barriers they have experienced in finding yoga that works for them. "I have a knee injury" or "I can't afford to go to classes" or "yoga isn't for people in wheelchairs" or "yoga makes me feel exposed".

I am an expert in minimising and removing these barriers to practicing yoga, through modifying the poses and adapting the teachings to suit personal circumstances. In my mind there is no such thing as can't in yoga. Yoga is a broad reaching practice that has a way of directly offering something to you.

Yoga is flexible enough to fit you, you don't have to be flexible to fit with yoga.
